Your bliss mode is the place where you feel at ease and at peace with yourself and the life you are living. When we are in this blissful state we often find our joy for life spilling over into other areas like family, work, community, and friendships. This creates a more blissful and cohesive life, where most days feel like a blessing to live! Just like you, your bliss mode is unique. This means cultivating your bliss mode will be different than anyone else, and that's okay! Through my personalized coaching plan, we work together to get inspired, explore new avenues of growth, elevate into your highest self, and embody the practices that keep you in your bliss mode.
The Bliss Mode wellness program is personalized for each individual, but includes three phases that are universal:
1. Inspire
Here we will get inspired! I will take you through the creation process of your own Wellness Vision. This helps you get crystal clear on what you truly desire for your life. We will also connect deeply to your why- your reason(s) for desiring such beautiful changes for yourself.
2. Explore + Elevate
In this phase we tap into our inner child and our inner scientist! We will be exploring the activities and practices that bring you into bliss mode. We treat these explorations like experiments, using curiosity over condemnation. This is the phase where you connect deeply to your inner being while also elevating to your highest self.
3. Embody
Embodiment is all about embracing the things you have learned with open arms and deciding to truly live your bliss mode. Here we practice what we preach and we understand ourselves enough to know when we are not embodying our bliss. This phase prepares you to be self-trusting and confident in your ability to bring yourself back into alignment with your bliss, your inner being, and a state of true wellness on an everyday basis.
In my coaching, I take a whole-person approach. This means we take into consideration all aspects of the client- mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical health. We see how each of these parts interact and affect the others in order to make effective change. I strongly believe we must address the mind and spirit before we address anything in the physical realm. This lays the foundation for a blissful and healthy life. We will always start here in my coaching programs- if you are looking for a quick fix, my coaching may not be for you. Sustainable change, genuine growth, and connecting clients to their highest selves are of upmost importance to me.
